Terms of Service

Vito Saver membership is free. You may join by submitting the sign-up form and providing accurate contact details. You are responsible for keeping your information current and for any activity carried out through your membership. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@vitosaver.com or using the unsubscribe options included in our messages.

We may suspend or end a membership if the Services are used in a way that breaches these Terms, harms other members, or interferes with our operations.

Vito Saver curates and shares offers provided by third-party merchants. We do not sell the products or services featured, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant. Availability, pricing, eligibility, delivery, returns and all other terms of an offer are set and fulfilled by the merchant.

Offers may change or end without notice. Always review the merchant's own terms before completing a purchase. Any dispute relating to a purchase should be raised directly with the merchant. We may receive compensation when members use certain offers; this does not change the price you pay.

If you opt in to our text message program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and account text messages from Vito Saver at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may join Vito Saver and use the Services without agreeing to receive text messages.

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further text messages. You may receive a single confirmation message after opting out.
• Reply HELP at any time for help, or contact us at info@vitosaver.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers may change; message delivery is not guaranteed in all areas or on all devices.
• You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder for the mobile number you provide, and you must notify us if that number changes.

If you opt in to email, we will send deal alerts, offers and occasional updates about the Services. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email or by contacting info@vitosaver.com. We may still send you essential service messages relating to your membership.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our content or offer listings without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with their operation.
• Submit another person's contact details without their permission.
• Use automated tools to access the Services in a way that places unreasonable load on them.

The Vito Saver name, logo, site design, written content and curated selections are owned by Vito Saver or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Merchant names, logos and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify their offers. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view and use the Services for your own non-commercial purposes.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care in curating offers, we do not warrant that any offer, description or listing is complete, current, error-free or available at the time you view it. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vito Saver and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, data or goodwill arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or any third-party merchant offer. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify members. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
